Cancellation & Refund Policy – KtoY

At KtoY, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a cancellation or replacement is required. The following Refund and Cancellation Policy applies:


Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel their order before it is shipped. A full refund will be issued to the customer’s original payment method.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped.


Return / Replacement Policy

  • If a defective or damaged product is received, customers can request a replacement within 48 Hours of delivery by emailing us at ktoy6125@gmail.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Description of the issue

    • An unedited product opening video (mandatory)

  • The replacement will be provided for the same product, subject to availability.

  • The following conditions must be met for returns to be accepted:

    • Original packaging, tags, and price labels must be intact.

    • Returns will not be accepted if the box, price tags, or packaging are damaged or missing.

  • If the product is out of stock, the customer may opt for:

    • A full refund, or

    • An alternative product of equal value.

  • Replacements apply only to defective or damaged products received at the time of delivery.
    It does not cover damage caused by customer misuse or mishandling.

  • Reverse pickup facility is not available. Customers must ship the product back to us via a reliable courier service.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds begin once the product reaches our warehouse and passes all quality checks.
    Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund process.

  • The refund will be made using the original payment method.
    In exceptional cases, bank account or UPI details may be requested.

    Ensure all details are correct, as we do not validate account numbers and are not liable for funds transferred to unintended recipients.

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

  • Express shipping is a faster service but does not guarantee a specific delivery timeframe.
    Any delays due to external circumstances do not qualify for refund of shipping fees.

  • No refund if the customer refuses delivery or the order fails due to negligence (e.g. incorrect address, unavailability), but additional shipping charges will be levid to resend the order. Order will not be cancelled under any circumstances & no refund will be provided.

    Note: Even if you received free shipping, the actual courier cost was incurred by us. To resend the product, these costs will be charged.
  • Once you receive a refund confirmation email from us, the process will be initiated.
    If delays occur, you are welcome to contact us for support — we’re happy to assist.

KtoY reserves the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the customer does not comply with the above terms.
